Please note that on high value electronics, such as MP3 Players, Digital Cameras, Camcorders, LCD & Plasma TV's, Radar Detectors & Portable DVD Players we no longer ship expedited and must ship to the Bill To address due to an increase in fraud.

Free Shipping and the free shipping code applies only to the product which is specifically labeled as Free Shipping on the actual item page. Any use of a free shipping coupon on a product that is not eligible for Free Shipping will result in order cancellation.

Domestic Orders: Ships via FedEX and UPS. Shipping not available to PO Boxes. On Televisions 20" and larger, Furniture, Office Chairs, and multiple items, please be aware that heavy shipping may apply. Hawaii/Alaska requires Two-day air.

International Orders: Currently, we ship only to the United States, Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. A deposit of $45.00 will be added to each order for Canadian Orders. Overnight or 2 DAY Air on Canadian orders not available. We will issue a credit for the difference within 2-8 weeks, once the actual invoice from FedEx or UPS is received. **Buyer is responsible for all customs, taxes, and duties.** A 15% Restock fee and shipping is Non-refundable for shipments Refused. All Sales Final on all International Orders and are backed by the Manufacturer's Warranty.

Non-Defective Product Returns:

Non-defective products can be returned within 14 days, for credit less shipping. All returns within 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and/or less $5 handling fee to cover testing, stocking and packaging expenses. In addition to this fee, a charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned missing or containing broken parts.

Salsbury Industries, Proman, Replogle, Pelican Bay, Lingo, Boss Office, Steinhausen, and Davis Mailbox have a 25% restock fee instead of 15% due to manufacturer policies, Qualarc is 35%. We are happy to exchange for defects within our defective return period.

Please note all Kidkraft items, Infinity clocks, River City clocks, personalized items, some Pet products and software sales are Final. We are happy to exchange for defects or missing literature.

Please note any item delivered via trucking cannot be refused or returned for credit once in transit. If a trucking delivery is refused, canceled, and/or unable to deliver, charges will be incurred. These charges may include, delivery and return transit costs and storage fees.

Defective Product Returns: offers a 30 day (from date of shipment) replacement for defective products. Prior to contacting us for a return authorization, please contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is defective. Please keep us informed on your progress! - We want you to be Satisfied! Some repair and replacement requests for special order and select products must go through the manufacturer. These products include:

  • Sharp - All LCD Televisions above 22"

  • Sanyo - Recorders and Voice Dictation machines

Customers who do not want an item repaired or replaced can request a return authorization, within our 30 day defective return grace period. Please be aware the applicable restocking fee will be assessed if an exchange is not desired.

Please allow 7-10 business days on exchanges, after receipt of merchandise, for shipment of replacement merchandise.

  • All returns must be pre-approved by Please e-mail us your request. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days. Please Do Not ship any products until you receive an e-mail with instructions! (You will be shipping to an alternate address). Any returns without a Return Authorization number and shipped without notification to our address will not receive credit. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all parts, materials and manuals. If you received your item double boxed, it must be returned in this way. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of our error. To comply with the return policy, a tracking number must be emailed upon return. Digi Resources LLC is not responsible for lost or missing returns. Mastercard/Visa/AMEX all take two billing cycles to show a refund.

  • Refused Shipments:
  • Please note that any shipment refused, canceled, and/or unable to deliver, unless given prior authorization, will not be refunded original shipping and assessed the applicable restock fee.

  • Cancellation Policy:
  • A minimum $35 cancellation fee and/or 20% of the order may apply to orders canceled, canceled without notice to, attempt to stop or cancel a payment, and/or for nonpayment. Each additional cancellation attempt, and/or for each nonpayment occurrence may result in an additional $20 recovery fee. Orders that are canceled after placement are subject to a $25 order cancellation fee. Please note that shipping is not pro-rated in the refund as the shipping cost is the same whether shipping one or two items due to weight.

  • Collections and Unpaid Invoices:
  • Digi Resources LLC reserves the right to collect any unpaid balances and accounts are referred to Associated Credit Services, Inc, Spokane WA for recovery of monies owed including a 100% recovery fee prior to submitting to collections. Please note that if an account is sent for Collections, additional fees may apply.

  • Credit Card Dispute Notes:
  • Account may be referred to Associated Credit Services, an outside collection agency when a transaction is disputed with a credit card company if no attempt was made at contacting us, or have disputed in disregard to Return or Store Policies.
