Non-Defective Product Returns

Non-defective products can be returned within 14 days, for credit less shipping. All returns within 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and/or less $5 handling fee to cover testing, stocking and packaging expenses. In addition to this fee, a charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned missing or containing broken parts.

Salsbury Industries, Proman, Replogle, and Pelican Bay have a 25% restock fee instead of 15% due to manufacturer policies. We are happy to exchange for defects within our defective return period.

Please note all personalized items, sales are Final. We are happy to exchange for defects or missing literature.

Please note any item delivered via trucking cannot be refused or returned for credit once in transit. If a trucking delivery is refused, canceled, and/or unable to deliver, charges will be incurred. These charges may include, delivery and return transit costs and storage fees.

Defective Product Returns:

DigitalGiftStore.com offers a 30 day (from date of shipment) replacement for defective products. Prior to contacting us for a return authorization, please contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is defective. Please keep us informed on your progress! - We want you to be Satisfied!

Customers who do not want an item repaired or replaced can request a return authorization, within our 30 day defective return grace period. Please be aware the applicable restocking fee will be assessed if an exchange is not desired.

Please allow 7-10 business days on exchanges, after receipt of merchandise, for shipment of replacement merchandise.

Return Notes:

Return Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved by DigitalGiftStore.com. Please e-mail us your request. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days. Please Do Not ship any products until you receive an e-mail with instructions! (You will be shipping to an alternate address). Any returns without a Return Authorization number and shipped without notification to our address will not receive credit. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all parts, materials and manuals. If you received your item double boxed, it must be returned in this way. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of our error. To comply with the return policy, a tracking number must be emailed upon return. Digi Resources LLC is not responsible for lost or missing returns. Mastercard/Visa/AMEX all take two billing cycles to show a refund.

Incorrect shipments and/or shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by email/writing to sales@digitalgiftstore.com.
