We charge you the actual price that WE pay for shipping. We do not charge you any handling fees or any other "extra" shipping costs. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order, and where it is being shipped to.
How to Determine Shipping Cost:
To see your shipping costs, please go to the product page and add to the shopping cart. Simply fill out your shipping information and preferred shipping method. When you move onto the billing page, your actual shipping costs will be displayed before you enter your credit card.
We do our best to estimate the cost of shipping your item. Rarely, we will be off on our calculations. Since we only charge what we ACTUALLY pay for shipping UPS, we must pass on any change in shipping cost by UPS.
Please note that Free Shipping and the free shipping code applies only to the product which is specifically labeled as Free Shipping on the actual item page. Any use of a free shipping coupon on a product that is not eligible for Free Shipping will result in order cancellation.
How to Determine Delivery Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt (except on weekends and holidays). The total delivery time for your order is based on the availability and shipment method selected.

Continental USA, Hawaii & Alaska only, delivery in 2 business days, not including pick-up day (Industry Standard with UPS and FedEX).
- Overnight Delivery
USA only, delivery next business day after order processed.

Currently, we ship only to the United States, Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. A deposit of $45.00 will be added to each order for Canadian Orders. Overnight or 2 DAY Air on Canadian orders not available. We will issue a credit for the difference within 10-14 business days, once the invoice from FedEx or UPS is received. **Buyer is responsible for all customs, taxes, and duties.** A 15% Restock fee and shipping is Non-refundable for shipments Refused. All Sales Final on all International Orders and are backed by the Manufacturer's Warranty.
All types of returns must be freight pre-paid, along with the required Return Authorization number (RMA) and sent via a shipper that provides tracking numbers that are trackable online. A request for a return shipping label can be made and will be deducted from the total credit due for a return as a convenience to our customers. Please email your return tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org to comply with our posted return guidelines.
